Mentorship Program
The Mentorship Program connects emerging and experienced professionals across construction, architecture, engineering, and related fields to engage in meaningful relationships that foster growth and confidence. Through one-on-one mentorship we build relationships that strengthen skills, confidence, and long-term career success.
PWC Chicago Members are invited to join the Mentorship Program as mentors and mentees. This adaptive program is flexible, fitting individuals' needs and desires while encouraging authentic connections. All Mentorship Program matches are asked to commit to 1 year and are supported by the PWC Chicago Mentorship & Education Committee.
"The most valuable part of being a member of PWC has been the network of inspiring women I've had the privilege to meet. The mentorship, shared experiences, and professional advice have been instrumental in my career development"
