Mentorship Committee
Mission
The PWC Chicago Mentorship Committee works to promote women in the trades, construction, architectural, and engineering industries by providing ways for experienced and emerging professionals to engage in meaningful relationships that foster growth and confidence.
This committee is organized into subcommittees that focus on specific endeavors to promote & spread awareness for women in the industries. They engage PWC Members and the larger community through formal mentorship programs, Pop Up Happy Hour events, K-12 and college engagement, and professional peer-to-peer volunteer, support, and networking.

Join the Mentorship Committee!
We are looking for PWC Members to join the Mentorship Committee.
- You are passionate about the PWC mission and want to help organize volunteer opportunities and implement our formal mentorship program.
- You have time to support logistics and management and energy to contribute ideas.
- You are ready to actively participate in creating impactful opportunities for relationships!
We meet on the first Tuesday of each month, mostly virtually with 2-3 in-person meetings a year.
